Step 1: Take a deep breath

Just by getting yourself to this page, you have already taken a major step toward the beginning of this journey. Be proud of yourself & let yourself acknowledge the importance of everything you're feeling in this moment.

Step 2: Contact your insurance provider

Contact your insurance provider using the member phone number located on the back of your insurance card to learn about your individual benefits for mental health coverage. Insurance is not required if you prefer to pay out-of-pocket.

Accepted Insurances: Anthem, Anthem Medicaid, Caresource, Caresource Medicaid, Cigna, Encore, IU Health Plans, MdWise, MHS/Cenpatico, Optum/United Healthcare, Tricare East.

Note: This step can seem intimidating, but once you get the information from your provider, Sarah will be able to provide an estimate of your cost of services.

Step 3: Call or email for an appointment inquiry

Call or email Sarah (email is preferred) to discuss appointment availability, counseling needs, payment and more. During this brief discussion, you will learn a bit more about Sarah's counseling style and get a feel for if Holding Hope is right for you.
